Biography

Ricardo is currently a PhD student at the Design and Analysis of Communication Systems (DACS) group, which is part of the Faculty of Electrical Engineering, Mathematics and Computer Science (EEMCS) at the University of Twente. He holds a MSc in Computer Science (2010) from the Informatics Center (CIn) of the Federal University of Pernambuco (UFPE), Brazil, where he worked for more than two years at the Networking and Telecommunications Research Group (GPRT) in projects such as Ambient Networks. He also holds a BSc in Computer Science (2007) from the University of Passo Fundo (UPF), Brazil.

PhD project description

Find and explore new ways to perform bandwidth estimation with goal of link dimensioning.
