Authors complete and fix their chapters. Editors will go through all chapters following a detailed checklist for coherence, style, and formatting. The more detailed style instructions from Springer will be send around a.s.a.p. The editors will contact authors bilaterally about issues specific for their chapter and/or coordinate collaboration between authors of different chapters if needed for coherence. |

Authors submit completed chapters. |
| June 2006 |
Editors prepare camera ready version (they contact/consult authors where needed). |
| June 30, 2006 |
Book ready to be printed as UT lecture notes (editors will discuss any copyrights problems for this with Springer). |
| September - November 2006 |
- Ling uses book in her lectures.
- Editors finalize camera ready version.
- Excersises and other extra's are prepared and put on the web. |
| December 1, 2006 |
Editors submit book to Springer. |
