IEEE/IFIP MMNS 2001
Student Travel Grant Application Form

Student Travel Grants will be awarded to a very limited number of full-time 
graduate students who 1) are members of IEEE, and 2) will present a paper at 
this conference. These grants may cover transportation costs, hotel 
accommodations and conference or tutorial registration fees.
 
To apply, fill out the form below and return by e-mail to brewster@cs.depaul.edu 
or by fax to 1-312-362-6116 (include a separate fax cover sheet stating 
"ATTN: DR. GREG BREWSTER").  Application deadline is August 25, 2001. 
Recipients will be notified by e-mail by August 29, 2001.
